Definitions

"Service" means the SAKORP Shield website, web application, dashboards, monitoring bot, alerts, reports (PDF or otherwise), APIs, and all related software.

"You" (or "User") means the individual or legal entity that registers for or uses the Service.

"Operator" means the party providing the Service.

"Third-Party Providers" means external services, APIs, or data sources used to obtain, process, or enrich marketplace data.

"ASIN" means an Amazon Standard Identification Number identifying a product listing.

Informational Service Only

The Service monitors or summarizes publicly available and/or third-party provided signals related to Amazon listings, Buy Box status, seller presence, and related marketplace activity.

All outputs — including dashboards, signals, alerts, forensic logs, revenue estimates, and PDF reports — are provided for informational and observational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, compliance, financial, or business advice.

You are solely responsible for verifying information and deciding how to act on it.

No Affiliation / Trademarks

Any mention of "Amazon," "Buy Box," "FBA," "FBM," or other third-party marks is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. All trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners.

No Guarantee of Results

The Service does not guarantee that you will:

Data limitations: Signals may be incomplete, delayed, or temporarily unavailable. Seller identity, pricing, and fulfillment data may be missing at capture time. Reports reflect observed state at a specific timestamp. Marketplace rules and algorithms can change without notice.

Trial Period

The Service may offer a 7-day free trial upon registration. During the trial you receive access to a limited feature set (up to 3 ASINs on the Standard plan) with no credit card required.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis through the payment processor (currently LemonSqueezy). By subscribing you authorize the processor to charge the stated amount each billing period until cancelled.

To cancel, use the Manage Subscription option in your dashboard or contact us directly. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds & Chargebacks

All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately-delivered nature of the Service, refunds are not provided except where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

If a refund is mandated by applicable law, we will comply only to the minimum extent required. In all other circumstances, no refunds, partial credits, or pro-rated amounts will be issued.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a breach of these Terms. Accounts involved in chargebacks will be immediately suspended, and any disputed access will be permanently revoked. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and to pursue recovery of costs.

Third-Party Providers

The Service relies on Third-Party Providers for marketplace data, payment processing, AI features, and infrastructure. We do not control their availability, accuracy, rate limits, pricing, outages, or policy changes.

Disruptions or changes by Third-Party Providers may affect the Service. The Operator is not liable for losses or interruptions resulting from Third-Party Provider issues.

Evidence Reports / PDFs

Reports and PDFs generated by the Service document observed marketplace conditions at a captured point in time. They are intended to assist with internal documentation and escalation workflows.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in good faith. The following are prohibited:

Violation of Acceptable Use may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share account access with unauthorized parties.

Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, algorithms, data processing logic, branding, and documentation constituting the Service are the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Service or any part thereof.

Your data: Data you provide (ASIN lists, account settings) remains yours. You grant the Operator a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the Service.

Data & Privacy

By using the Service you acknowledge that certain account and usage data is collected and stored to operate and improve the Service. This includes your email address, subscription status, monitored ASINs, scan history, and activity logs.

A full Privacy Policy will be made available. Until then, these Terms serve as the primary data handling disclosure.

Availability / "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous uptime, error-free operation, or that results will meet your expectations. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

The Operator's total aggregate liability to you for all claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if there is reasonable belief of:

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Prepaid subscription fees for the remaining period are forfeited except where required by applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Please reach out through the official support channel in your dashboard. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days of receipt.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts under the governing law specified in Section 18, unless prohibited by mandatory local law.

Class actions: To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in class-action litigation or class-wide arbitration related to the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Operator is established. Any disputes not resolved informally or through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under those laws.

Changes to These Terms

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service interface or by email. Updates are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at /terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
